About Madison Oakley

Welcome to our blog – here’s where we post all our market news, latest stories, historical research and favourite photos from our offices in Bath. We publish weekly newsletters which we’ll upload content from as well. You can also join us on Facebook – search for Madison Oakley Estate Agents and Chartered Surveyors – or Twitter. Our main website is at http://www.madisonoakley.co.uk

Madison Oakley opened in March 2010 and is run by three partners – Willum Long, Carey Gilliland and Adrian Chivers. For our profiles in detail visit our Partners C.Vs page on this blog but, in brief, we are all experienced Bath property professionals who have worked in the city for a combined total of 50 years. With direct experience of independent and corporate estate agency, we are ideally placed to comment on the local market and have been able to institute new practices into the industry in Bath. As an agency, we are PPD members of the National Association of Estate Agents (Carey Gilliland is a Licensed NAEA Agent) and also members of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, guaranteeing our clients a regulated and expert service from fully qualified professionals.

We deal with residential sales, property letting and property management. We also offer consultancy services for homebuyers unfamiliar with the local area and marketing advice to would-be sellers. Unlike many estate agents in Bath, we work across the whole city and all price ranges (we have recently had successful completions for clients from 100k to 1.5million) - our ethos is all about quality presentation and outstanding service.
